Occasionally I look backward, I have so many reflective feelings and thoughts on the difficult career start and long striving efforts   　Always I have an ideal, with my own painstaking cares, depending on people's wisdom, to sow , to water a national industrial seed. Now , this seed has germinated my enterprise . I have been worked with many OLAIKA colleagues for the common idea and career in the same place . I have a dream, that is , I hope all OLAIKA colleagues be able to enjoy fully the interests because of the economical growth and the prosperity , as well as the spiritual pleasure, including me and my staff all because of industrial success with the realization of individual value. Regardless of the past, the present, the future, we will seek the welfare for the staff and the society , the common faith and idea will never change, and for this we will work diligently.   　Through the winds and rains over ten years, old and new OLAIKA colleagues will speak for our history. We are proud for the days and nights passed by, and therefore are full of faith for the future.   　Along with unceasing enterprise's development , I hope that OLAIKA employees and stuffs will enhance their level for the enterprise ' s development . The young people must unceasingly innovate , set up new idea , new thought . The management must also set up and admit the new thought and the new idea , dare to innovate and reform. Everybody should treasure this the development space for further survival, all in one mind, to seek rapid development together.   　We are working diligently along the most difficult road, only for the lofty idea. The pursuing for the realization of the idea is a difficult but happy process , for this kind of idea we go forward dauntlessly . What will we to prove? Wealth? Heroic spirit ? Ability to challenge limit ? Yes , the idea urges our footsteps . The life originally is an ideal ladder , it will extend continuously to the reality , so long as we never give up . Where will we go after several years ? We finally will realize long-term strategic aim of OLAIKA. Our enterprise will become an enterprise group with high reputation both domestically and internationally. And , I hope the OLAIKA will become OLAIKA for every one , every people will be able to enjoy the economical prosperity from here , to enjoy pleasure from our enterprise, enjoy a feeling from our achievements . For realizing this idea, we will be brave to confront wind and rain , coldness and hardship , and we will go forward forever.
